Problem: We needed to revamp the landing page for a higher conversion rate of successful vehicle sales. As one of the first projects I worked on within the Sell team at Driveway, we had to completely update the landing page with a solution closer to the new branding that had been launched so we could have a cohesive presence across our site.
Process: I decided we should have a brainstorm session, incorporate some of our newer illustrations, as well as FAQs and How It Works sections that give the customer guidance on how we calculate offers and provide them with confidence we will find them their best offer. (I also pushed for more motion/interaction design, as we have heard from users that this is what helps to gain their interest and can help guide them further into the page).
Solution: With a completely revamped landing page with the main focus of adding your vehicle info at the top to get an offer, HIW sections, testimonials, FAQs, addition of the value props of reputable partners, all following the new brand guidelines. This contributed to less confusion about selling your vehicle, and brought a large conversion of successful sales of vehicles on our site.
